Nine years of wedded bliss...

Today is my 9 year church anniversary with my hubby Dave. We were married originally on December 7,2000 in a courthouse. June 30, 2001 was our church wedding. It's fun being able to celebrate our anniversary two times a year. :)
Dave came and picked me up for lunch today and we enjoyed a yummy meal and were able to talk about some issues going on in our life. I love that he drove out here to have a quick lunch then race back to work for an all afternoon manager's meeting. I love him more than I did when I married him- both times. ;).

Blogging at work

I am blogging from the most incredibly boring place on the planet. My work! I posted on my FB today that I slapped my desk after falling asleep and scaring the doo doo out of me. It's 100% true. I try and drink coffee to stay awake but the coffee is so bad here it tasted like tar. Ugh! So now it's after 5:05 and I am waiting for my knight in shunning armor to come and rescue me from this hell.
Yes, Dave and I are carpooling to GR together everyday. The Durango is getting a new transmission that we can't afford but we can't afford not to either. Hopefully I will be able to get another 5 good years out of it then. :)
Anyone know of a job? I seem to apply my brains out, but because I have no college education I am automatically passed over. So frustrating because I am smart and I just need a chance to prove myself. How in the world could I go back to school? I blew that chance. *sigh*
Tune in next time for another self-induced pity party. Lol.
